Damn guy bought a part that I listed "AS IS & NO RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL". For a measly $25 he wanted a refund on that part. I told him no go nice and polite because of the terms I had listed no ebay.

So the f#$cker puts a negative feedback on my name. Nice. Ruined my 100% over $25 fucking dollars over a part he knew and was listed as bad.

^^^That SUX! I have a set of 89 taillights that Chevydude (Ebay name) won, but won't return my emails/invoices and hasn't made any payment. Been about 3 weeks now, but I know if I go and give him Neg-rep, he might be an @$$ (not take responsibility) and F up my 111 positives (100%).

i think you can goto square trade and have them remove it if both parties agree?? i did it once few yrs ago as a seller and it worked. but then some other nutsack negged me. arrrrg. bo big deal really. lots neggers out there.

hes a newbie. you even stated in the ad. "IT DOES HAVE A FLAW: THE ENDS WERE NOT ROLLED CORRECTLY AND THEREFORE IS BEING SOLD AT A DISCOUNT!" looks ok 2 me ?? you need to neg that lil negger back... warn others to ban him from bidding on there auctions and ban him from your auctions..

Naw... not important enuff. Would've gotten the 3-piece taillights for $95 shipped. His loss, just wish he'd reply and say sumthin'....

I'll likely just go ahead and report him to Ebay or whatever, but am avoiding the neg-feedback thing. I don't know the guy and he may do something stupid like that (meg rep me), which I'll have to live/deal with.

I thought U had the option to still respond (again) to the feedback, as the seller? Just politely state the facts in the small amount of space that's allowed... still, your feedback percentage gets dinged tho... that part still sux.:icon_evil
