Posted this is SF as well...

I currently have a to4 with a .58 a/r exhaust, on center single inlet with the standard 4 bolt outlet/downpipe flange.

The thing is the unit is really to small for what I want (400hp or so to the wheels) and it needs rebuilt.

So I have been looking and found a turbo on e-bay that has a divided tang exhaust.

My car is setup for a t4 so all thats done and good to go, I just need a turbo that works and meets my goals.

Thing is I want the .58 exhaust housing that I currently have along with the turbine wheel. Has anyone done something like this ?

I dont want the divided flange turbine inlet nor do I want the goofy 6 bolt exhaust as I have just made a downpipe and wastegate setup for the current t4 in the pic.

But I do want the compressor and center cartridge, just with the turbine wheel and housing that I have now.

Any helpful info/input will be appreciated!

Scott

well, it seems I have answered my own question, posting it in case others run into this.

Thru much research it ends up I have a "O" trim turbine wheel, that equates to a 2.29" minor and 2.89" major on my old worn out t04. So the turbo I am looking at has the same turbine, all I have to do is swap the exhaust housing out and I am good to go.
