Atleast a 1" spacer, 2 straight -10 fittings, 90' -4 feed fitting, block adapter, 1/8npt to -4 adapter, and a custom downpipe. Thats a pretty vague list, you just have to start building to figure out everything else you will need.

Yea a spaceris needed. Finding someone to build you one is the hard part for a reasonable price.

Buy a 3/8" T4 flange and drill out the threads. Worked for mine, just makes the IC pipe a little interesting. The drain line was a PITA. A bigger spacer would help with that, or ATPturbo.com sells a fitting that comes off at an angle, I have purchased it but have yet to use it. Right now I have a cluster of fittings on my return line.

Mods if listing the website above is a problem, delete it, just suggesting a nice piece.

I just finished this install. You will need to modify your down pipe. Get some oil and water lines. I went -6 for the water lines. The plug on the thermostat housing is a 1/4" cant really remember the pitch at the moment but it is British pipe thread not NPT. You can unscrew it and bring the plug/bung/water thing to a hose supply company and they will tell you. the bango bolt on the bottom for the water is 14mm 1.25 or 1.5 can't remember the pitch but i do know it's a 14mm. the water holes on the turbo is the same bolt as the 14mm for the motor. be sure you get a restricter or you will flood the turbo. i did -4 for the feed and -10 for the return. like drbowser3 said, the return line and intercooler pipe is a PITA. I used a 1/2 spacer wish i went the a spacer that turned the turbo up or went with a little bigger spacer so things can fit nicer. I would get your manifold powder coated or wrap it with some heat wrap since it will get very hot under the hood.

the AN fittings are JIC fittings if you didn't know so you can get them for cheap at a hose supply company.

hope that helps some. good luck on the install
