One question whats all is needed to install a FFIM to a 7MGTE ? I know i have lots to learn Please Help

Nothing wrong with it that I know of. I just didnt want it to seem like I was promoting it. I would probably buy one if I didnt already have a FFIM.

How do the stacks look on the inside of yours?

Looks like it wouldn't flow as well with the stacks like that on the inside.

Flow dynamics is a complicated field. I would guess that any change, good or bad, would be minimal. Determining whether or not they help would be a difficult thing, but chances are if it does help some cylinders, it would probably hurt others.
