Hi Guys
Have got a BMW e36 which is busy undergoing a bit of an engine swap, previously had the vvti 1jzgte in the car.
The car is currently undergoing a JDM 2JZ GTE engine transplant.
Running a T-Bo fuel management, Large FMIC and 76mm exhaust.
would love to see the power difference once installed between the 1jz and the 2jz whilst running all the same mods

Was that a VVTi 1JZ? It looks funky to what I'm used to seeing. What's with the oil cap? It looks like a vent of some sort.

yeah it was, look a bit different than the normal 1jz - quite a few changes was made aswell. haha, actually the oil cap is a bit broken... never came with the top half...

Hey guys - had to change some parts sofar to make the 2jz fit in my car! The engine mountings was not the same and to sump was resting firmly on my steering rack... anyways changed the sump with my 1jz's which was a mid sump to make it fit and modified the oil returns to work between the 1jz sump and the 2jz engine. got my new clutch kit and aliminium flywheel yesterday.
