e brake problem...

Hey guys...I am having some serious problems taking off my right rear rotor because the e-brake is locked up. I tried to thread a bolt in the designated holes (in the rotor) but it still wont come off..... I tried prying it... to no avail.
Any suggestions?

There's a hole drilled in the drum which opens in front of an adjustment gear. You use a flathead screw driver to move the gear, one direction tightens the brake the other loosens it. I'll see if I can find the TSRM info on it.
