had a local dyno day, so dynoed my car.. I wanted to break 400, but was just shy :( oh well, just need to rent some dyno time and actually tune it..

Specs on my car
2jz swap
stock twins (usdm turbos)
aem (with my 1/2 ass street tune)
18 psi
fmic w/ 2.5" hard pipes
3" exhuast
ttc w/ valves removed

Boost fell off to ~ 16 psi on the run up top.. probably need to do the spring mod..

its really rich on spoolup (12.5) so need to tune that out, but still got 18 psi by ~3900 rpm..

Edit: i added a bit of timing ~2* in upper boost from my last track run (113 mph) so seemed to add some power.. I was figuring 113 was ~ 370-380whp.. hopfully get 115 with this now..

I was refering to the 2JZ swap. That is a lot of money when a $1500 SP61GT would have done that. So you are planning on a lot more. That is all I was asking.

Bring it to SILV.

yea.. I could of easily had a built 7m with the money i've spent.. but I didn't want a 7m... hell I could of threw my the t67 in my closet on the car and put a little extra money into a fuel system and put down 600+, but i didn't want it right now.. wanted to rock the stock twins for now and finish the rest of the car (big brakes, paint, new interior, etc)..

my goals for the car is 430whp on 18 psi.. and a mid 11 in the 1/4 low 12 on street tires.. so have a bit of tuning to do.. maybe throw a bit of spray and get a 10sec pass :)... happy for now.. just gotta dyno tune it and dial in the timing..

Justin good numbers. 430@18 huh....I found out through my logs that I made 440@18.7. Should be a fun run:stickpoke: against my 7M...Once I get a tranny and the gray car is going again you guys need to head over this way.

That's good numbers man, congrats. Can't wait to get mine dynoed so I'll know how much to spend on to get the numbers I want.

i think he knocked the firewall in a tad and had to move the Break lines up on the firewall not a big deal

im planning on the same swap once i get up the funds. and later that night someone reeled in a porsche all the way to 160.........hmmmmm hahaha

ahhh good day indeed shame i got a tiny 2.5L with stock twins otherwise i woulda dyno'd lol

yea I had to knock my firewall a tad.. pics in a build thread I made..

its fun for now.. but it is getting boring :(
