Hey all,

Dyno day went ok.
Kept blowing intercooler pipes off. I really need to get rid of all the joiners I have and weld lips on the pipes.
Boost controller isnt set up properly - (I have it set up as a bleed system rather than, well whatever the other way is where it applies pressure to the top of the wastegate holding it shut) - it gives a funny dip at the end, as you can see from my dyno graph.
Manifold is warped so one of the exhaust gaskets keeps blowing through (even tho I was working on it till 2am last night trying to fix with no power and a generator that was good enough to power 2 light bulbs let alone the kwik way or heaven forbid the re-facer haha). I'll have to get it re-faced again, new OEM gaskets and make sure its done up nice and tight!

High boost was set to 16psi where we made 240rwkw (238 to be precise, but hey, who's counting :p)

I'm pretty happy with the result giving we couldn't a) wind the boost up another few degrees and, b) the exhaust leak will cause a few ponies to run away.

Here's the dyno sheet:

Cheers

2 litre? You're 1G!? Nice going!

Yep - 1G all the way :)

350rwhp is what I really wanted. Once I've sorted my exhaust leak and intercooler pipes I'll be able to wind a bit more boost into her and get at least 350rwhp :biglaugh:

even over here in japan, its hard to find any 1G that can get over 300, good job man.. keep up the work on it..

Thanks for that :)

It's taken me a while but really there isn't that much involved. It was a pretty lazy 320rwhp.
Anything over 18psi and they start to really sing (or shout as the case may be) so I cant wait to get everything sorted and wind 4-5 more psi into her :)

My thanks goes to everyone here @ supramania for their support and knowledge.
