On my stock calipers I always have a large crack down the center of the pads right where the center of the pot is. Ive tried 3 brands of pads so far that have done the same.

However, as pointed out above, if you can lock them with the stock calipers, you won't gain anything. (If your supra has ABS, as mine does, they don't normally lock anyway.) There may be some advantage heat build-up wise, as there may be more fluid in the caliper to absorb heat. I'm too tired to properly think through the ramifications at the moment. Someone else's turn.

I have ABS but when you stab it they'll still lock.
I plan on running a switch to the ABS sensor on the tranny so I can turn it on and off.

It's actually an 9% increase in area with the Previa caliper. Really not worth it IMO unless you have to replace your calipers anyway. However, the dual caliper should help spread the clamping force better across the pad.

as jdub said, it's probably not worth running out and buying them right now....but if your calipers are ailing, wouldn't hurt to step up to 'em.

You are absolutely correct. That's what happens when you use 4.11 as the basis of your calculations instead of 4.41. :icon_conf Dyslexia anyone?
