down pipe

i know a down pipe is highly recommended, but i am concerned on how loud it will make my car, i have the hks dragger exhaust on already, will a downpipe make it way louder or only W/ test pipe added on too?

It will still sound stock at idle. I had a down pipe and test pipe along with my dragger on my old 7mgte and it was still quiet. With a nice rumble at wot.

An aftermarket will be louder than stock. Are you planning on external dump? If so that makes a difference. Routing the WG to the exhaust will keep the noise down.

Good point, noise difference is notice as RPM goes up, different will hardly ne notice if much as idle.
