Door locks, not locking. Help

i think ill just do this so i can have my driver side lock usable again....and while im in there lube everything that moves...dont know what it could be...when i had my door panel off everything moved ok it just kinda binds halfway when you lock it....no extra stress on the rods so it must be in the mechanism...ill report back if i figure it out....

Have U gotten to this yet? results, tips? My passenger door mechanism (the piece that moves forward/back) is only locking/unlocking halfway. Irritating.

thats how mine is...but right after this post i got to storms in a row of 8" of snow and supposed to get 23" tonight and tomorrow...as soon as i get a decent day off imma figure it out i hope....
