Cost me 6 bucks for the bushings and pins (one door). Just pressed the old ones out and pressed the new ones in (4 per door). Good as new.

I decided to do it this way because after I removed and examinded the hinge the only wear was in the bushings themselves, which had been worn to an oval shape where the pins go through them.
