Door Hinge Bushes?

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has ever replaced the bushes in their door hinges?

Mine are a bit saggy, and I'd rather replaces the bushes than buy all new hinges if I can help it.

I did some searching, but no one really seemed to have any sollid info. Some people adjusted the hinges to counter the wear, and some a few years ago said he replaced the bushes for cheap, but never answered any questions about where he sourced the bushes in question.

Cheers for any info, hoping you can just buy these from Toyota but not holding my breath! (bet its part of the hinge assembly).

The hinges are an assembly from the dealer, outside of that you might be able to rebuild them but I'd think you'd have to make the parts or use something from another car.

im not 100% sure on that, but ill double check with the parts counter guy at work tomorrow, its been kind of hit and miss with getting parts alone or as an assembly for my car from Toyota. Ill either post on here or PM you tomorrow when i find out.

I would just buy some used hinges, they're not that hard to find in good shape.
