People starting becoming more "offended" by the most stupid stuff. Sexual harassment cases exploded, Hillary wanted "Men Working" signs changed to "People Working", as not to offend the women doing road construction. Feminist groups were offended by the term "Mankind". Stuff like that. Bugs Bunny cartoons were edited because they were "offensive". It seemed in the 90's, PC was a fad, but it just won't go away.
Now maybe those scenarios started before Clinton too, but I just remember Hillary on tv and in newspapers telling us what we should and should not say so people would not get offended.
Now I don't know how old you are, but when was growing up and into my teens, if you didn't like something on tv or radio, you changed the channel, not have that show or person fired.
Getting offended used to mean someone bad mouthed your mother.
Now all you have to do is look at somebody wrong and they will sue you.
And I believe PC has gotten in the way of national security, but that's another story for another time. I don't want to be responsible for a hijacking.

Racism sucks. Everyone has prejudices, but hatred based on the color or skin? There are much better reasons to dislike other people.
