I only need one, but I dont mind replacing all 4 if need be. But im wondering if the dealership sells targa bolts with the springs on them separately without having to buy anything else.

yes, they come with a spring, and they can be bought seperately...
get good at reading the EPC online and walk in with part numbers, as it's the easy way around them trying to sell you entire assemblies...
