Does the 1jz harness plug up to a 2jz ?

Im swapping out from 1jz to 2jz... Wondering if i have to re-wire everything or is the harness alike ?

pretty much plug and play, there are a few differences in certain connectors over the years like temp sensor, and some knock sensors, but pretty much the same.

so this means when i get my 2j i can just transfer the harness n use the 1jz ECU ?

my 2j is running on 1j harness and ecu.the 1j harness is routed through the upper plenum and the 2j uses the lower.i needed to un-wrap and re-tape part of my harness to make it reach some of the sensor's.my 1j harness is from an auto,so i'm not sure about the 5spd

Mine is a 5spd.. but im using the same trans anyway..
