Does the 7M crank pulley need to be replaced at some point? Doing a complete overhaul on my 7M-GE and I came across an ATI super damper crank pulley on Driftmotion.com and it made me think. Do crank pulley's need to be replaced due to age or mileage? All I've found out there is an ATI super damper compatible with both GE and GTE. No new OEM stock crank pulley around. My stock crank pulley is fine just wondering what you guys are doing?

Also is stock crank bolt reusable if I stay with stock crank pulley?

If the factory pulley has not delaminated in the rubber layer, then you can continue driving. I bought the ATI pulley for myself because I’m going to install a dry sump.
