Just wondering if anyone here likes to get gas from the same station all the time? I read somewhere(here prolly) that all the gas comes from the same trucks, just each station adds their own mixes to it. So it comes down to quality of the pump to ensure good gas.

I like going to a certain shell station locally, good quality pumps that are well kept. All the other stations seem to have junky pumps that are slow or dont offer the multi nozzle setup.

It's not that they come from the same trucks, they come from the same few refineries, and each oil Co. adds their own additives, is the way I understand it. I see you're in Gilbert, AZ. I used to live near Elliot/ValVista, and always filled up at the SE corner, but only as a matter of convenience.

My gas is anywhere I go as I don't care where I let it out. :biglaugh:

Serious though, Chevron for me (94 octane) or C16 when I cruise on weekends :)

I get it at the Woolworths Caltex all the time... I save 4c a litre there with the coupon I get when I buy my groceries :) (4c isn't much, but every little bit helps)

We have never had a problem with the petrol there, and they always have premium too :)

Gotta support ConocoPhillips!

Energy companies trade feedstocks as well as finished products, so the gasoline you buy from Shell could have been produced by ExxonMobile. From what I've been told even each company's additives are the same or very similar.

For street fuel I stick to the ones on the Top Tier list. We pretty much run QuickTrip 93 or Chevron 93.

For race fuel it's C-16 from VP Racing Fuels.

We've also got a Shell station about 10 mins from the house that sells Motorsport 103 at the pump, but at $8.50 a gallon, it's a lot cheaper to buy 54 gallon drums from the local supplier.

I will push my car before I buy gas from a Citgo.
