Baseline timing is the key factor here. If you and/or who ever you are talking to don't have your cams degreed in with a wheel to absolute zero, then it's apples to oranges.
And even then, how your engine behaves is going to vary greatly depending on all the other variables (compression, boost, intake, exhaust etc....the list is endless). It's gonna be a starting point at best.
Your just gonna have to bite the bullet and do the tuning till you get it right.
