Do I have to change my oil after I clean my throttle body? I totally forgot. Or is it just a precaution to just change it?

Why would cleaning the throttle body affect the oil? I really dont know, I am asking not being a dick....

There's no connection between the throttle body and the oil pan unless you soaked the intake to the point of washing past the piston rings which would take some work.
So, yeah. The answer is no.
