what is a DM t66?

who make that?

PT's i don't think sells 66's anymore 67's replaced them as they make more power and spool faster.

Will than let me change it.
dm t66 vs pte t67. I just want the name and t66 just sounds better. Well, then pte t67 will do.

67 all day long. 500rw+ on pump gas, 600rw+ on race gas.

good spool, good power curve.

i might add, the compressor exducer on the 66 is a lot bigger than the 67. however, the 67 has a better wheel design despite being a little smaller on the back end.

what a/r are you guys running or would recommend for the 67? Something that would give full boost by around 4k.

for quick as spool possible i would go with a p-trim and .58 a/r. the ball bearing upgrade isnt much more on a 67, you may consider upgrading to that as well.

for reference, a .68 housing will hit full boost ~4400 on most cars i've seen.

the p trim is nice but old

the new bmg with just came out not to long ago
80 more hp and just about 1000 less to spool

i may be tad off on my numbers but pretty close

and pretty dang sure it's called a bmg

Our T-66 is actually a 66.75mm p-trim, so we could actually call it a 67mm. We just called it a T-66 because that's a well known model turbo. Maybe if we call it a DM67 it would be more appealing? :)
And I have a bunch of exhaust housing options available now. .58 devided, .68 undevided, .70 devided, .81 undevided, .82 devided, and even .96 and 1.04. Ours is polished and ceramic coated. Our compressor housing is a little more compact, so it fits most 1jz, 2jz, and 7m manifolds without needing a spacer. Ours comes with a 1 year warranty against defects in parts or labor. Our turbo has a Garrett center section just like the PT. Ours ships out quickly, and comes with tech support from people who are Supra lovers like you.

So if we're comparing apples to apples, here's a more accurate list of our turbo's specs for comparison.
DM t66 specs:
66.75mm
inlet/outlet size option: 4/2.5
3" v-band exhaust outlet
360 bearing
ptrim
Choose from .58 devided, .68 undevided, .70 devided, .81 undevided, .82 devided, or even .96 and 1.04
ceramic coated exhaust housing
polished compressor housing
optional 90 deg elbow welded on outlet (before polishing)
price:$800-$850

pte pt67 specs:
inlet/outet size option: 4/3 0r 4/2.5
67mm inducer
360 bearing
ptrim
undivided a/r .68 t4
price:$989 (add about $130 if you want polishing and ceramic coating, DM can do it for you).

I found out something interesting today! Our "T-66" compressor actually is the SAME compressor wheel used on the T04R and T04Z, and the PT67. :aigo: So I am going to change the name of the T-66 to a DM67. I just got a new turbo we had built custom for a customer, it's a DM67 with a .81 AR undevided housing for a 2JZ, looking to make 600whp. We also are supplying 720cc injectors and a 2JZ rail.

How would that turbo perform on a stock 7m head with the given install kit and supporting fuel and intercooling mods @ 15psi? Estimate of power figures or limitations from the heads ability to flow?

Aaron, can you please post a pic of the 1jz dm 66/7/whatever its called turbo kit, all the stuff: manifold, wastegate, 4" intake pipe, dump tube, fasteners, oil lines and fittings, gaskets, adaptor flanges for turbo and block oil lines, T-66 turbo...

I'm seriously looking at this, like cash in hand serious.
