dm 60-1 turbo kit

Hey thinkin abotu going with the driftmotion 60-1 kit not the upgrede but the actual turbo kit.

I have goal of 500-600whp do yall think it will get me there with supporting mods and about how much boost do you think I would need to run for this goal.

I would get there dm67 but didnt see a whole kit for it but mabye they can put one together for me cuz I know this will reach my goals for sure.

Just curious on yall's opinion so let me know

Fail already ;) Im guessing your looking at the CT-26 upgrade. That turbo will never put down those kind of #'s. Start looking at a larger turbo for those HP #'s.

Hint look at the SM Member Horsepower List, under the racing/dyno section.

I just looked and i only saw the 60-1 and such kits for the jz series motor. They had a 60-1 by itsself, but i thought he was talking about a kit.

Yeah they got a bolt on 60-1 aswell

Well then this thread belongs in the 1/2jz section NOT 7mgte then. Im going by where the thread is located at.

Yeah im just saying i think thats what hes talking about, if hes got a 7m and is lookin at 1j parts (manifold etc), hes got some to read.

if he is looking for a 7m kit maybe he should look at a suprasport for a boss series turbo / kit

^^^ I stand corrected, this is the first time I have seen / heard about it. By the sounds of it, it is t-4 setup. 1315m, have you looked at the boss series turbo's that suprassport offers?

Yeah I just checked them out they look pretty good mabye even better then dm's kit which turbo do you think would best suit my needs for 500-600whp with relativly fast spool.

Well if your looking at the boss turbos, you have to think those bolt onto the stock manifold. A tubular T4 manifold is going to outflow the stock one by FAR.
