I ended up keeping my straight pipe, just need to adjust the angle a little and make some hangers!

Yesterday, I installed a used OE exhaust manifold (with new Driftmotion studs), used OE downpipe, and brand new Driftmotion 3" catdelete exhaust system. I am very pleased with it. Even though the car is still on jackstands, I started it and ran it for a while, and I think it will do very well.

I'm building this Supra as a ChumpCar racer, so I may or may not remove the silencer. As delivered, with the silencer in, it is very quiet. I have not tried it without the silencer. Does anyone know how much, if any, HP would be gained with the silencer removed on a NA car?

Fit and finish was very good. Bolts and gaskets were included, and hangers were welded in the proper places. The only thing I would have done different would be to have 2 smaller exhaust tips rather than the 1 gigantic tip, but I guess that was because of the removable silencer.

I'm considering a DM catback; either that or a straight pipe to a Vibrant or Magnaflow muffler.
