Im wondering how DIY friendly would it be to install my FMIC w/ piping, bov, SAFC and boost controller on the 1jz motor. I have never done anything like this before so it would be a completely new experience. A shop quoted me 700 bucks to install the front mount. Get da hell outa here! lol

I did all of that stuff myself, minus the SAFC (i dont have one). Its not bad to do it yourself. I would do a healthy amount of research to fully understand what you are doing before you do it though.

dive in with a wrench. either that or if you're doing something electrical, start cutting wires (that'll force you to finish :))
