DIY Exhaust

Hi, I am a bit of an amateur welder and am considering welding my own exhaust system. I am looking for measurements and needed parts for one, failing that I am looking for advice on bends.

What bends are pictured above for example? The RSR system seems very smooth in the bends, are they less than 30 degrees?

3 - 45 degree bends would be enough, or a single u bend cut carefully.

You really only need 2 45s, but having that extra one will come in handy.

I would buy a DIY kit or a finished premade exhaust if it wasn't for the fact that I live in Sweden and shipping is a bit of a pain with items that either require alot of space or are weighty. Already ordered a DP and a Cat from 935 that I'm waiting for.. *wink wink*

Yes shipping exhaust tubing to sweden is not practical, unless you ship 2 or 3 sets.

Let's not threadjack. The topic here is how many bends are required to make a custom exhaust.
