Disable stock security system?!

Every car should have a switch somewhere that turns off the fuel pump, installed by the owner, in a location he doesn't tell anyone. I'd like to see someone hotwire a car when they can't get any fuel.

*raises hand* Has said mod...was done by one of the previous owners. Haven't felt the need to use it yet though... *knocks on wood*
