I know someone that is willing to sell their 4.10 LSD out of a MKII, would that bolt up? Is it still a clutch pack type diff? sry for stealing the thread...

Yup, but he said out of a MKII, which may have been a typo, but I don't think it was, and if it wasn't, then it is a clutch-pack LSD, also, JZA70's had clutch-pack 4.10's in non TwinTurbo-R models.
