Differences in 89+ Cross members for Engine Mounts???

Just wondering what the major differences in the cross members are between the 88 and the 89+. I want to use the newer aluminum engine mounting brackets and the hard mounts. Would they work with the 88 cross member. Can some post pictures of the 89+ cross member. Thanks:1zhelp:

86-early 89 has the same square motor mounts and same crossmember, the late 89-92 has the triangle style motor mounts

they will not work. The angle and distance is totally different and also, I think that the hole center location for and aft are different. Making a custom set of solid mounts would be the only way of making it work.

I know that the late style (89+) the mount pad on the subframe has a 30deg. angle where as IIRC the early ones are 45deg.
