Difference in Crank Pulleys Question

I tried searching and could not find an answer to this question. I have two pulleys both came off of 7M-GTE's but they look quite different. I was wondering what the differences are and if there are any pros and cons to each of them if any at all.

I was gonna say... both my 86.5 (n/a) and 90 (turbo) had the bottom type...

All MA70's have the same part number. Cressida's 7M-GE has a different part number.
