Difference in 7M-GTE AFM's?

So I'm seeing two different part numbers for the afm's 22204-42011 and 22204-42010. What's the difference in both off these. The two parts look identical. Do they function the same? Are the pinouts the same? And do they give out the same ohms reading.

Same pinouts, same function. If there is a difference, it's internal, small, and of no consequence with regard to operation.

The thread more so discuss which one to use on the turbo but my question is what exactly is the difference? Like was the 42010 discontinued and replaced with the 42011 or as I read on one of the post on that thread that it was a year difference. The reason I ask is because when searching around for these on ebay I see the 42011 in the bulkier lexus housing and the 42010 on the stock 7m housing for sale. My original one which is bad now in my stock 7m housing is the 42011. My other concern is one post on that thread was it runs leaner with 42011 and richer with 42010. What could cause this happening? It's more of a thought then advise on which one to get. I do understand that they will both work.

Ok so the performance out of either would pretty much be the same!

The user commenting on it running richer or leaner probably had another issue.
Or one of the AFM's he had did not work right.

That is kind of what I had in the back of my mind. As mr jeff said they both do the same functions.

there are 2 different afms both look the same but the tension gear for the flapper door has bigger teeeth mostly found on 5mge afm's but i have found them on 7mge's before

We aren't talking about the flapper door style AFM.
He is discussing the Karman vortex style.
