There is this absolutely beautiful 91/92 Red, Turbo, Targa, 5spd in town that I have made my life's mission to buy. I keep referring to it as a 91 with absolutely NO idea why. Is there anyway to tell visually whether its a 91 or 92?

This thing is MINT, Stock wheels, exhaust, cd player (sometimes that says volumes) and its owned by an older couple ( I hope they owned it from day 1 and will sell it to me)

Anyway, just wondering.

There are are a few small differences listed on Bishops page. Nothing cosmetic to tell, just things like better stereo system.

It would be realy desirable if it had a Factory Sunroof.
Only 92s came with the Shadow grey/Black interior.

Nope, shadow grey is 91-92.

These are the main differences:
Automatic transmission shift points revised
New stereo system introduced
Remote keyless entry option added
Good Year Eagles become standard on turbos
Dark steel grey debuts as does dark green.
Targa no longer available on N/A cars

Yea, there is a car like that her in Victoria too. 92 White turbo hardtop with sunroof. Complete with white package (those lovely white wheels).

Mint interior/exterior, I would give up most anything to buy it..but I got stuck with an 88 that leaks, yahoo.

11,000 Canadian is a lil steep though, but it does have a brand new rebuilt turbo..

Correct! Now go read what Jeff said. Shadow grey was available in 91 and 92.

Shadow grey was available 91-92, but actually I don't think the black leather (and that is what Toyota calls it, black) was available for 91. I'll need to take a closer look at the catalog.

Yeah I don't really know what that is about. I'll probably edit it out of my post. Been so long since I wrote that. I can't really confirm what that's talking about.
