delete trc

Hi Mate
I'm completed my conversion but major problem on traction control. Runing till 3200 rpm only than misfire & I believe due to traction control on.
How to eliminate this trc ? Which wire to by-pass? Should I totally remove the trc butterfly valve.
Hope can get the info from u all. Thanks

i didnt have troubles with my trac in, but i started removing the traction control butterfly on a seperate throttle body i have, was pretty easy and i would recommend it if you are not going to use it, you just have to fill in the holes where you removed the unit.

unplug the traction control wires and try again, it might throw a code but it shouldnt have an affect on your car otherwise

dude a trc will not cause a missfire... thats not your problem

And try this. Go unplug your o2 sensor and drive it.

I unplugged my TRC and I didn't get a CEL or any kind of error.

1. trc delete - done
2. change 6x coil & spark plug - done

Still missfire at 3500rpm. I cant get diagnostic code due to not wired to my r32 cluster wiring. :icon_mad:

Ground pin te1 on ecu. Then put a volt meter or test light between +b and W/ Start car and count flashes.

Te1 join to any ground from ecu (e1-e4) than +b to multimeter -(ve) & multimeter +(ve) to ig power ? m'i right?

I have 1 set JZX90 full wiring BUT without ECU wiring.

I managed to wired the diagnostic BUT no fault code appear & still missfire at 3500rpm even at idling.
