Well I got a set of 5 gauges..

Oil Temp
Tach
Fuel pressure
Boost Pressure ======> Came with sensors for each one.
Water temp

I got the controller box and I am goign to test these and make sure they're in good condition. They're very nice, and I am only missing I think two gauges.. of the set but I am sure the whole system can work without those two, so we'll see.

They are electronic with no spring return mechanism. They stay put until powered on. That gives the fastest response time.

yes you are 110% correct. Them sweep then when they come back they like * jiggle * to make sure they work then go one full regular sweep. they're neat.
