Dash issue

Here's what works the door light on the dash the 4 way blinkers, but the left and right turn signal doesn't the lights don't nor does the radio and the car doesn't turn over, battery is good

any pictures or video? sorry but your not making sense.

Make sure you have good ground

With the key in the ignition door chimes, engine light comes on but dash lights do not, radio doesn't either, and the car won't turn over either.

when you put the key in & turn it to the on position, the E-Brake should be on, the Taillight light should be on, the Anti lock light should be on & the CEL should be on & the battery light.

Have you made sure the started is connected? have you checked fuses?

Fuses are good, going to replace them anyways just to make sure, still doesn't explain why some things work and others don't. Like the 4 ways work but the turn signals don't the wipers don't neither does the radio. But the check engine like does work so does the open door light and door chime
