You should have a black wire going in to the clutch switch and a black wire coming out. No white wires. All you need to do is to find the black wire going to the relay coil and break it threw the clutch switch.

I don't get it . If depressing the clutch completes the connection of the neutral safety switch wires and sends 12v to the starter, why would I need to wire in the black relay switch wire? Perhaps the black relay wire under the dash is the same one on the engine harness that I ran to the clutch pedal with the white wire off the AT tranny harness? Other than my plugs being bad, I can't imagine what the problem is. Here is the thread where I sourced my initial wiring, which appears to have been working for most.

Where does the starter relay coil wire fit it?

I don't believe so unless you have a Canada model. The USA model both manual and auto tranny is black wires going straight to the starter relay coil. The neutral safety start switch is rated for higher amperage than the clutch switch. The clutch switch is designed to deliver low amps to the starter relay coil. So another words the clutch switch won't cut it. If it were me I would start right at the starter relay, which is on the passenger side kick panel and trace the black wire all the way across to the driver kick panel and cut it and put one side of it to the clutch switch and the other end to the other prong on the clutch switch. I don't know how else to explain it. Maybe someone else here can explain it better than me. Good luck.

Did you try taking the neutral safety start switch off the clutch pedal and twisting them together like I said and see if the car will crank. That will tell you if that is the problem or not. Just make sure the car is in neutral or it will jump forward. It should crank like that without the clutch pushed in. If it does then wire it like I said and you should be good to go.

I've been so busy relocating all of my tools and cleaning out the garage that I really haven't had any time at all to troubleshoot wiring. Since I was getting 12v from the signal wire and running power off of the battery to the starter's spade got it to crank, I was thinking of wrapping a wire around the spade, pushing the other end of the wire into the signal plug and try cranking it over from the cockpit. If that doesn't work, then I know it's the amperage, not the signal. Then I'll simple cut the wires off of the lower clutch sensor and splice them together. If that still doesn't work;........ well, that better work. :)
