im looking at porting out my cylinder head, but i was wondering for anyone that has already done it, how much power is gained. right now i have 3" turbo back, filter, and a MBC at about 12psi, and egr block off. just wondering if anyone has close to the same mods as me and how much of a noticeable difference or HP you gained. thanks

Do you have a reason to take the head off otherwise? BHG or just want to replace it with a MHG now? I wouldn't unless the head is off...but that's just me.
