If you have a compressor, get a die grinder, some bits, and polish the short side radii and intake dividers, etc. It's almost free except for initial hardware and some labor. Mild porting and polishing makes your 7M head smile...

Just Bought the Pliers and a Valve Stop Sponge from toyotool.com

There's always a cornwell tools truck parked by my house, i'll go up and talk to the guy and see what he has.

If he doesn't have it i'll just buy the bluepoint/Snap-On tool.

Thanks AGAIN to Everyone!

UPDATE!

I Decided to just drop off the head, toyota valve seals, and Comp Cam Springs at my machinist. I also had him pocket port the intake side, timesert the ex side for 7/16 course threads, prep for MLS, and do a valve job and a before and after vacuum test. I really didn't want him to glass bead but it came out nice. :)

I punched myself in the face removing the valve seals on my junk head, and after talking to Ian (IJ) i decided i'll just pay someone to do all the work for me. ;)

PICS! (sorry if they suck)

This head had some bad electrolysis damage but for my intents and purposes it should be fine. :)
It came from a cressida. ;)

Just use some 2jz valves and some regrind cams for the 7m. The 2jz valves are 1.5mm bigger, longer, and will make it easier to compensate for the reduction of base circle on the regrind.

They could have cleaned up the combustion chambers a bit as you have some high spots.
Those exhaust ports dont appear to be of even diameter, did you measure them?
