My first supra's head was extrude honed, I don't know if it helped or not, but the intake ports were huge...

could someone please discuss 3 and 5 angle valve jobs? effects of doing this with or without a P and P?
SoupraT: It gives the edge of the seat a nice radius to help gas flow, the more angles the more smooth the radius.
There is a point where you can end up with quite narrow seats on the sealing surface and on the exhaust this can be a bad thing as it doesn't allow adequate heat transfer.
My guys go a little further and I guess it could be classed as a 7+ angle job.
