i don’t see why the bov would cause an idle issue when it should be shut? Did you check for vacuum leaks?

It was opening at idle. I could physically watch it do it. At first I was sure I had the smaller/weaker spring in it. I swapped out springs three times with different weights/sizes and it never worked. I could take the vaccuum line off of the BOV, plug it with my thumb, and it idles perfectly. No issue. It was definitely something to do with the BOV itself. Many people with the AFM system in our cars have issues with those BOV's allowing the car to idle. My car has absolutely zero issues otherwise and idles and runs perfect without the Tial.
