curious about wheel sizes

Ok, so I've been looking around at wheels. I'm thinking either 17" or 18" but I'm curious to what offset i should go with? I'd rather not use spacers. also what tire sizes should i go for. not a big fan of the stretched walls cause I'm not that low. I'm sitting on tokico blues and Eibach springs. I'm not looking to roll fenders or anything like that right now either cause I wouldn't know where to take it to get it done.

If you have pics that would help a lot.

Tires depend on how wide. Something like 20-30 will e flush. Rolling fenders is easy. Depending on how wide might be nesseccary and some altering of the fender liner.
