Thanks for the advice good neighbor. I saw the first groove and I thought their was supposed to be a o ring there. The second one which is closet to the housing I thought was brittle is a small steel ring like you said. I just took it apart yesterday and I didn't look at it that close yet. Anyway the small ring is letting oil get past it because you can see it on the turbine wheel.
