Ok im building my own DDP,and im trying to perfect the sealing surface from the flange to the space between the turbine and wastegate port. Since my car is back in VA i cant check it myself and wont be back there for a month...i have all the other dimensions for the rest of the downpipe, but i forgot to get this one.... if someone has a CT26 laying around could you get the measurments that are highlighted in these pictures i found on ebay???
CT262.jpg
and also how far the wall sticks out would be nice....
CT263.jpg
If you have your CT26 out you probaly notice the wall that sticks out a little from the sides, about an 1/8" below the gasket surface, between the turbine and the wastegate valve. The measurements(from one side of the bottom of the wall, to the other, and from the bottom of the turbine port to the top of the wastegate valve) are the ones im having a hard time determining!!! Im going to do a FULL writeup and add all of my blueprints, as soon as i get done with it, so this could help everyone intereasted in building one. Thanks for the help guys!!!

Ok i found an even better picture....
Good turbine pic2.jpg
measurements as shown in pic.
1(top).from the apex of the corner straight to the wall(not angled up to the gasket surface)
1(Bottom). same as above
2.(A DEPTH measurment) From the gasket surface, down to the outside of the next circle downwards(it appears as if this .25'' or so wide surface is even with the turbine?)
3.The shortest distance from the outside of the wastegate valve to the outside of outer turbine circle.
4.(ALSO A DEPTH measurement) The step from the wastegate port surface down to the what looks like the .25" wide circle surface thats even w/ the turbine.
:1zhelp: :1zhelp: :1zhelp: Thanks guys!!!

I have precut DDP flanges heres a few pics

you will have to make your own divider its very easy just measure and cut
Are you trying to sell these???? i already have all of my supplies but im not going to start building until i have atleast the number 2 depth measurement and the measurement between the inside walls. is there any way you could get those for me...PLEASE? Thanks for your help so far though.

Do you not know how to use a tape measure? If you cannot measure you are going to have lots of fun making the rest, put a straight edge on the face of the flange and measure the depth, then measure the width of the opening then cut the tab and tack onto the flange test fit to make sure it fits do this several times if needed very simple and about a half hour of work

@Lintars: If you read the top post, it states that his car is somewhere that he is not, but he's trying to get some information before he starts.

I'm sure he's more than capable of using a tape measure or ruler.

Hahah sorry for being a smart ass here are the measurements I got 24mm deep 46mm wide its very hard to get a good seal since the flange tapers on the edges good luck
Yeah i know it looks like a pain, but anyway Thanks man thats a big help, but did you take the depth measurement on the turbine outlet or between the turbine and wastegate???
