CT26 block-off plate?

Question for those who know the CT26... There's a 3rd port/opening on the outside (away from engine), upper section of the turbo (2/3 of the way up from the bottom of the turbo), roughly the same size as the water and oil line ports. Is there just a blockoff plate supposed to be there? I sent my turbo off to be rebuilt and can't find the pictures I took when I disassembled it, and as something of a noob I can't recall what if anything mounted there. And I can't find any other lines which would seem to fit there. The TSRM isn't much help, as it shows what appears to be a block-off plate but makes no mention of it in the text.

its a block off plate, has a gasket underneath just like the other side, and it has a little bolt hole on the bottom of the plate to mount the dipstick.

Many thanks for the quick reply. I was going nuts trying to figure out what line could possibly go there since I didn't have any "extra" lines laying around. Sucker has to be hiding on the workbench somewhere...
