I believe I found mine in a bin of old carburetor parts. I think some throttle cables/rods use them in conjunction with the linkage. Dont know if that helps but you can always try finding an old carb and see.

Or bring the linkage to your local auto parts store & they should have a bin of them behind the counter, or some in the general repair parts section. Oh yeah, and a hardware store should have bins of individual c-clips.
Mine was corroded on, had to cut it off. I bought a replacement from the local Toyota dealer, it was $2-3 I think. Expensive for what it is, but not worth the trouble of searching for the right size at a parts store.
