I have NO idea. I have never done anything of this magnitude before. I should be in Arizona by May 1st... hopefully... and I "might" be there for 1-2days depending........ then I'll stop in Texas, maybe for a day as well there. I honestly don't have a clue as to when I'll be in the GA/FL area. I was going to call Jake and see if we could meet up as well...

So maybe meet up around the Tallahasse area or something??

Sounds good! It'd have to be on Saturday night or Sunday for us to make it though since Sunday's my only day off. We'd like to meet up with you and Jake and whoever else can make it. :)

Wish I could afford one Kris.

And we'll see about meeting in Tallahassee... I gotta feeling it'll be at mid week though when I pass through :(

I wasn't asking you to leave the route. I'm 15 minutes from I-10. I simply offered to top of your tank while coming through here to help with your money situation. I'd love a chance to meet you, and check out your car. I could even venture over into Mississippi, and do it there with George and probably Noah as well. I'm not asking for a bunch of your time either.

Sadly my radio is here in Georgia with me from when I did my cross country hike. I did Lakewood/Steilacoom to Gainesville GA in 28 hours. (also, I am Brenna's brother to identify myself).

Biggest thing is take it easy, DO NOT use caffeine pills or over load on energy drinks. You'll suffer severe road rage at some point... (ask southern Illinois about me lol )

And if you are in the general ATL area and have problems, you can text/call me, and I can offer what help I can to get you back going.

LOL, I didn't mean you I meant Serena and the few other people I've had ask me to go to northern Georgia (at least 2 others).

Is all good :)

edit* Raven I know who you are, the Chimp was so kind to have informed me over a year ago. I believe I might be using your former cylinder head (82) on my 6MGE currently.

LOL!

It really all depends how to the trip goes to be honest... I'll probably be feeling like caca once I get around Louisianna and may just wanna get the hell home ASAP.

:(

Tanya, on a long road trip, I highly recommend you stop at some point and just stretch your legs / snag a bite to eat with some members on here. Seriously helps out to get out of the car at some point :D

I've taken quite a few half-country long trips in my younger years ;)

LOL

the thread I have in SFOT has already turned into a cross country gangbang fest

I'm really not all that special people, and I'm sure I'll smell pretty rank and be a little bitchy after a few days I've driving. I certainly wouldn't want to meet me :sarcasm:

Too many course corrections are gonna get me lost, oh noes!

I do the trip computer thing in my head and when I get to the stage I can't get an answer I pull over for a 20 min power nap ;)
