Fuckin life isnt fair... this guy flirts with death in the mouth of a 2000 pound croc, and a 10 pound stingray kills him? Its not right... I dont understand... I dont get it... How could a stingray get him in the chest? Im just so upset... My wife loves this guy too... She's gunna seriously cry when I tell her... She loves his daughter, Bindi, too... She thinks she's the cutest thing... Can you imagine how sad that little girl is gunna be? I dont understand this... Its not fair...

Someone needs to combine these two posts.. or lock one of them..

I was working with some Aussies this summer, and they all thought Steve was a "wanker."

We asked them..
So what does "Crikey" mean? And they all started laughing, and said "nobody uses that expression except that Wanker, the Croc hunter..."

So I suppose it's fitting that he does not die by getting his head nawed off by some 1000lb croc, but is "barbed" to death by a stingray that was clearly not happy to be anywhere close to him..

My condolences to your family Steve, but dude, you knew it was just a matter of time before you linked up with the Grim Reaper doing all the crazy shit you did.

My best friend lives in Australia, no, NOT IJ, but Corry... and I asked him about the Croc hunter, and he said the same thing, he's a wanker... But the thing is, we have celebrities here in America that we consider dip shits, but are worshiped in other countries... Like The HOFF... He's a dipshit, but the Germans LOVE the guy... However, if he got run over by KITT, I would be sad for the guy and his family... Even though David hasselhoff hasnt done nearly for the world what Steve has...

True, David Hasslehof has the Germans on his side... and they do love him dearly... (Much to his chagrin here actually because we all make so much fun of it in the USA.)

I'm not saying it's not tragic that Steve died in the prime of his life with a very nice wife and two kids left behind, but it's not like the guy was in the safest line of work you know?
