out of curiosity, how much would one need to spend to get this look?

(soapra)

I'd would do it if I could get my hands on a RHD mk3

a lot of $$$

i think Jose put upwards of $3k. but i'm not sure. damn expensive to get the quality of Jose's conversion.

well, i'm just sick of the look of the popup headlights, and given the opportunity, I would do the whole soapra conversion thing, but considering how hard it is to find the parts, I don't see that happening any time soon.

I have a beat up stock fender and might just try putting the two together on a parts car just for the hell of it. If I was to do it, I would definatly NOT use the stock cressida bumper. I'd probably take a "drift" style bumper for a skyline or something and hack it up until it fit.

We'll see.
