Crank wont turn after installing engine

I just got through swapping motors because my old block had no compression and wouldnt pass smog.

Well the crank turned with the head installed but it wont now and im stressin.

i removed the starter... that wasnt it....

Im out of ideas

please help.

It took me so long to install my engine that by the time I moved it from the stand to the car the rings had lots lubrication. I obviously didnt put enough oil on the rings. So, Anyways, I filled up the cylinders with oil and I let it sit for a week, rocking on the crank with a breaker bar every day. And eventually the crank got unseized.
