CPS/Distributor rebuild instructions Where is the post?

A couple of years ago I remember reading a post on replacing the inside seals and bearing of a CPS or distributor. I have been searching for the post for the last half hour with no luck. Does anyone remember the post and if so could you please give me the address? Any advise from people who have done the repair would also be greatly appreciated.

Search through the articles.

Generally whenI link to a post, it's because I remember the author so I just search under their name. JJ probably did the same for 3p's.
