Here's a couple short vids of my Supra.

A whole 0.5psi boost 1st gear. We didnt have room to boost in 2nd.

71mm turbo, complete 4" stainless steel turbo-back exhaust all welded mandrel bends, 50mm waste-gate atmospheric dump.

Sounded awesome when you finally made it to a meet.......

...And still sounds great.

Gotta love the pitch and raspy tone you get from a tubular and a big single, though.

But I'm going to have to call you out. You said you couldn't built any boost in first gear............
0.5psi in 1st? That's hardly considered a big turbo.......:biglaugh:

LOol.. Yea since the meet ive been finding this and that that needed attention. dunno what did it, but i can actually get that .5psi by 6000rpm. woohooo! but 5600 in 2nd gear, hold on :evil2:
in the last vid you can actually hear the majestic hiss of the giant snail as it creeps up to that unbelievable half-pound of boost as it nears the camera before it speeds past.:naughty:
Seriously though, yes its laggy.. very laggy.. but with the lower boost setting its really fun to drive.. with the exception of slight spin in 2nd, theres no traction issues and the power band is really smooth.
Just realized thats my old "tiny" turbo in my avatar pic.. i need to change that hehe

a lot of the 'turbo buzz' you hear is microphone distortion on the camera we were using. the race muffler im using gets rid of 90% of that buzz.. now before i finished fabricating the rest of the exhaust you could hear it though
